Amar Mudi, with a Masters in Mass Communication, has worked in the Sahitya Akademi and the National Book Trust, India.  Anuradha Vijayakrishnan

Anuradha Vijayakrishnan obtained a Bachelor’s in Chemical Engineering from Calicut Univ. and followed it up with PG in Management from XLRI, Jamshedpur. A trained Carnatic singer, she leads the corporate life in Dubai. Her poetry first appeared in print under Kamala Das’ editorship, Granta and the British Council first published her fiction in the select New Writing anthology series. In 2007, this unpublished debut novel was long-listed for the inaugural Man Asian Literary Prize.

 K.K. Kharlukhi

Khraw Kupar Kharlukhi is a noted writer in Khasi literature and presently the General Secretary of the Khasi Authors’ Society. Since 1987 he has written a number of novels, novellas, short stories, and dramas. His magnum opus Ka Melody in Khasi language has been very popular. He has directed several documentary films and short films, including a full-length feature film in Khasi entitled Saphira. He has won the Meghalaya State Literary Award, 2008.
